      Pros

      As a Malaysian, it is hard to find a job in Singapore and I was given an opportunity 6 years ago, and also a lot of trust from the management. Now I have a toddler, having to take care of my child and work, management not only allowed me to travel back to Malaysia frequently and also given me a lot of flexibility. Management is always encouraging and gave me a lot of learning opportunities.
