      Gem is a 10 year old company have grown to a team strength of 300 Employees . I have been working in Gem Engserv since 2.5 years . Gem Takes good care of its employees . Gem Pays Salaries on time which is every 1 st day of the Month without fail .

      Cons

      There is no downsides i found , do your good work and put in your honest efforts it is rewarded by the Top Management
