Team environment. Strong emphasis on company culture and employee well-being. Competitive compensation package, annual and/or semi-annual bonuses, and spot bonuses for exceptional performance.

Cons

Always very busy and understaffed. Can be lazy individuals that don't contribute or do just enough to get promoted. Promotion is not just based on skill but availability. You will need to wait around until a spot is open.
