Pros

Competitive pay. You will start at $10 an hour until you finish your training (40+ hours on the job). Great work environment. You get to speak with over 50+ homeowners in a daily shift. Good co-workers. This is what makes the job worthwhile, the people you meet here are amazing people. Work outdoors. You work outside the entire time, it promotes exercise and healthy living.

Cons

Emotionally draining if you can not handle rejection well. Weekly quota, could be a good thing too. There is very limited supervision, which can be stressful if you are not properly trained before hand.

Pros

Hypergrowth industry; awesome culture; managed by young, smart, like-minded business graduates; privately funded by world-class venture capitalists; lots of opportunity to grow (advancment and compensation/benefits). I personally witnessed atleast 5 internal promotions in about 3 months. You will be rewarded when you perform. If you want to help people save money and protect the environment, Gen110 is a great place to advance your career.

Cons

Non-traditional work schedule, although this can be a plus (especially in SoCal). Have to be prepared to stay busy, as there are alot of customers and prospective customers.

Pros

Lots of transferable skills with this job. Learn to communicate with all different kinds of people. No one day is the same which keeps things exciting. Fun work environment with peers and managers. Schedule allows for school and they work with class schedule.

Cons

Difficult job. Knocking doors is challenging and can be mentally exhausting. Lots of rejection.
