My advice: Fly right for 30 months, then pull hard on the ripcord
Pros
-Healthy, family-friendly atmosphere -Flat, risk-averse organizational structure incentivizes teamwork -Vacation is generous (22 days) and healthcare plans usable -Products are mature and well-regarded, but mostly amongst it's current partners (customers) -English is spoken EVERYWHERE and flawlessly -Digitaliization esp. with Salesforce integrations (e.g. email, CMS, LinkedIn) are excellent
Cons
-Base salary is NOT competetive, barely livable post-pandemic with little upside bonus ( severely capped bonus structure) -US HR is tone deaf, willfully blind, and lacks any kind of transparancy (in other words, if a situation isn't working for you or your family, it's as if you're asking for trouble) -With long 1.5+ yr sales cycles, uneven marketing , annual sales quotas are unacheivable, even by those with tenure -License pricing levels are defined by the CEO, are largely monolithic -Marketing remains underfunded, underutilized, and wholly unimaginative esp. in the US biopharma market
