      Big Pharma loses good team members with too many levels of leadership. Ie sup/sr sup/mg/sr mgr. too many leaders

      Good communication, a lot of room to grow, leadership opportunities are encouraged. Pay is solid. Good experience if you decide to go somewhere else.

      Cons

      Schedule might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it is great for me.
