No structured learning syllabus for employees for domain knowledge, unstructured and ad-hoc leading to slow learning. Company website states GX "applies algorithmic index methodologies consistently, accurately and without subjective judgement". However, from experience with company, attempts to make the pricing more algorithmic/objective were met with resistance, with managers preferring to keep the methods more human oriented/subjective ('getting a feel') with subjective/vague logic, in confusing contrast to the motto. Resistance to embracing technology in certain core areas of the pricing process, despite the 'tech-native benchmark provider' motto.
