The performance review developed by the headquarter in the USA was a great process.

Cons

I did not have a constructive performance review, my supervisor did not provide regular feedback on my progress. When I did wrong, I was not given any chance / opportunity to improve.

Pros

Working on fun brands and a region (AMEA) with fantastic growth potential. Some good colleagues in the local markets. Nice office.

Cons

Extremely incompetent regional leadership team who do not lead by example and seem intent on micromanaging and condoning negative politics. Very, very different from the previous team of leaders that focused on driving business and people growth.

- lots of potential but sadly will not be realized till we change our ways of working...

Cons

-poor management who spends time debating intellectually instead of focusing on getting things done -management only focus on sexy headline instead of on what it takes to grow the business -too many priorities, too little resources -unclear structure, lots of rework -small group that actually works, large group that works on managing top management
