30 year history tells everything. Not too much pressure on sales, not too tight policy and really nice people.

Cons

Not many opportunities to get together and know each other. It is kind of company culture.

Steady work, stable company. Slightly above average compensation once you move into supervisory/management. Most of the pros for compensation are in regards to benefits, not base pay.

Cons

Terrible chances for advancement. Achievements go unnoticed and upper management is cold and uncaring
