Pros

1. Remote 2. Good young coworkers 3. UK time zone

Cons

1. High Turnover Rate (2 people per month on avg. 15% of the team) 2. Micromanagement, owner James Adeleke will be your sales, events, marketing, design, and HR expert, and you will do as he says! 3. After his smile goes down, you will see all he cares about is profit and how it makes him look 4. Two options are doing it right getting fired right away, doing it as CEO wants, and after there are no results still being let go 5. If you are a placement student you are expected still to work like you are getting paid a max salary and will be let go for even minor things 6. The company is prone to shady things 7. With the company being all about culture and inclusion, it is far from it 8. Even if you have days off that you can apply for they will turn you down, no matter if is it your birthday or your kid is sick

Pros

There are a handful of genuinely bright and kind individuals in the company doing their best to hold things together. Being in the environment gives you a front-row seat to how NOT to lead a company. If you’re observant, you’ll walk away with life lessons on resilience, survival and how to spot red flags early.

Cons

Leadership or rather the absence of it. The CEO lacks core leadership traits: no strategic vision, no emotional intelligence, no real plan. Decisions are driven by mood swings, insecurity and personal whims. People are hired and fired like chess pieces without structure, justification or consideration for the impact on morale or performance. What’s especially disappointing is the CEO's double act: publicly he plays the role of the “humble visionary leader” but behind the scenes he's consumed by insecurity and ego. Empathy is non-existent and emotional immaturity runs deep. Rather than focusing on building a company he’s often lost in fantasies about status and image. The day-to-day reality? Disconnected ideas, reactive behaviour and a workplace ruled by confusion and disorganization. There is no roadmap no stability and no leadership maturity. Turnover is high and talent is wasted. People are undervalued salaries are very low and the best ideas are often ignored if they don’t serve the CEO’s personal narrative. This is the first time I’ve witnessed such blatant misuse of ChatGPT. Instead of using it to enhance strategy, it's used to cover gaps in knowledge and leadership, creating a false sense of competence rather than driving real value.
