      Flexible schedule outside of programming Great PD opportunities of approved Wonderful co-directors working collaboratively

      Not aligning with its mission in regards to staff. Not actually people centered Discouraged to have different opinions by senior leadership Not trustworthy Low pay Not set up for success to lead Falls short on helping students with special needs and puts them in unsafe environments Gaslit by management Long and unrealistic hours, often having to choose between mental and physical health and your job Not much potential for growth in position or pay Seems to be falling apart internally

      A Wonderful, But Underpaid Opportunity

      Pros

      I loved the sense of community at this employer, even though we were virtual. I also adored the topics we taught and the students.

      Cons

      I wish we would've had an outline of lesson plan expectations. It's also a really underpaid position for all the work one has to do.
