      Pros

      Flexible working hours. My bench period was short and fully paid. Nice people. often gatherings to play tabletop/online games.

      Cons

      Mandatory 'hard skill' matrix tests for promotion and after probation period - I had to waste 3 hours on answering question from spreadsheet without any feedback or response from the person conducting the test. A bit of obsession with knowledge sharing streams - employees are tasked with attendance and participation as part of performance review, so it will affect promotion and salary revision. To much surveys.
