Incredible mission but losing its way in mediocrity

Incredible mission and one of the few companies where you aren’t driven by profit

Cons

Very limited opportunities for progression. Increasingly hierarchical attitude and practices. Recent tech leadership hires have established pattern of hiring old colleagues that look like them and when this is pointed out dramatically disagree to the point where it feels dangerous to your career to make the observation publicly.
