      Pros

      I enjoyed my colleagues. I loved the product and service we were selling. The leadership team is sad.

      Cons

      Leadership team. This is a new set of CEOs and the one CEO can barely run a meeting. The communication is horrible and they are clueless on how to run an organized business. For a mental health company, they have no concept of how bad they treat their employees and create mental health issues for them.

      Hostile work environment, no room for advancement. I have seen awesome people get laid off, and for no reason. You'll work hard for nothing.
