A culture that genuinely practices what it preaches. Individuals encouraged to evolve into their best and strongest self. I have been in a number of large businesses and Gensler and its culture are truly unique.

Cons

Much less than you would find at a much smaller business and always the ability to to resolve and discuss

Pros

Fantastic place to work. Gensler's culture is really unique and carefully nurtured throughout the firm. The organization is set up to align interests, pushing everyone to respond as one team and care about each other. It allows designers to put the all too frequent drama behind them and focus on design quality, on clients, and on their own long term objectives and growth.

Cons

It takes more energy to change things in a large organization yet the Gensler culture ensures there's always a benevolent response to all initiatives.
