Pros

Fast growing tech company. Nice values including sustainability and respect in its core. Nice inclusive culture with very nice people. Work life balance is usually respected. Hybrid office/work from home culture. Agile so it allows you to move fast in your job, it does not have as much policies than a bigger MNC.

Cons

There is room for improvement in terms of HR onboarding, especially in small offices

I joined Gentrack on November 2019 - full time. The hiring process was so fast. After my 2nd interview session via phone, one week later the HR manager got back and told me that I got the job. People here are so helpful and friendly. Everything being done systematically and structured. I'm looking forward to explore more things with my team and learn as much as possible about the industry and technology used here.

-> Better salary than some average companies -> Partial work from home option

Cons

-> Poor project management -> Very old tech stack based on on proprietary language -> Very old applications with no or very poor documentation. Seniors who have knowledge are always busy. -> A lot of hype around Personal Development but they don't do anything about it. -> Not an employee friendly place. -> Not a place to grow for long term.
