Pros
Very little that I can say that is still positive A few years ago this company used to be great. Good quality products, excellent, friendly and knowledgeable co-workers, immediate supervisors were supportive and you could be proud/happy with your work.
Cons
Fast-forward to the current day and there is little to no support from management, new staff only stick around for a short time because they start to see the many and significant issues that are not acknowledged or addressed. This company is completely different than it was 2 years ago, there used to be many intelligent, hard-working staff members that did good work and created good products. Now the quality of the product and the staff has gone thru a major decline because the company has laid off most of the strong staff which means that there is little to no time for quality control. Any good staff that remain are leaving at the first chance they get. The lower ranking staff are mostly good people the company has had several different CEOs in the last several years with various major and minor tweaks to senior management teams and each one has poisoned the atmosphere more and more.... the staff within the company are now completely demoralized and it is tough to want to come to work. Previous negative comments and reviews found here are relatively true, some may be exaggerated but not by too much. If you are not in the absolute top of senior management you have absolutely no value other than keeping your head down, mouth shut and doing your work.... and even if you go above and beyond you will still not get ahead with this company because it does not promote from within... you will be stuck where you are with no future. I do want to say that I have nothing against Bruce Gordon (the current CEO).... I like him as a person but he has taken on a sinking ship with far too many staff that have given up and just want out. I truly believe that this company is in a long and lingering death spiral.
