There are a few managers that are very hard to work for in this company. There is a lot of pressure to perform, and managers are also not held accountable for their mistakes like employees are.

Used to be a great place to work. The new executives are not only dramatically changing the way the company does business, they’re changing how the employees are treated. They pride themselves on being great leaders when in fact they are untrustworthy, deceitful, micromanaging and toxic. They look to surround themselves with people of the same qualities who do whatever they say - an overall dangerous and hostile environment.
