      Overworked and bad pay

      Pros

      - One of the best eSign tools in the market. - Well funded. - Helpful team, across countries. - Autonomous days.

      Cons

      - Moonshot budgets - means you rarely hit targets = bad pay. - Low base salaries. - In the contract it says that the work will amount to a specific number of hours, but that is impossible to hold. - As an AE you will have to work overtime, not-paid, if you want to hit targets and have a good salesprocess. As an SDR/BDR you will book a lot of bad deals just to hit targets. All while the management will preach "quality over quantity".

      This is hands down the best company environment and culture I've ever been a part of. The open honest communication and transparency is refreshing each and everyday. You can go to work knowing you're supported, encouraged and around like minded driven, talented people who care about your happiness. It's truly a people first culture that you feel from everyone. Communication is constant which can be hard to achieve in a remote team but it is top of mind for all teams, leaders and the co-founders. We celebrate wins every week and lessons learned with a positive mindset. There are no short of opportunities, new ideas and innovation that's welcomed with open arms. Team and company meetups are fun way to get to know your colleagues on another personal level. The employee health and wellness emphasis is an excellent benefit and tailored to what helps each individual do their best work.

      Cons

      Really nothing comes to mind. Every fast growing company works through growing pains and evolves as they go given the stage they are in. The leaders are very aware of the short term and long term growth goals and create clear alignment around them. As you like growing and adapting, it's all good.
