      Poor benefits & worst management &work overtime expectation

      It is pretty easy to get into this company. Great location but seems like no use.

      Cons

      Well, it is a long story working in this company. I am looking for a new position but I do not have time to take interviews because we are supposed to stay in this office every day. There is no career path and no benefits. The worst thing is management, cto is supervisor. If you can work on weekends, it should be perfect. Also they just give you some promise but never realize even one of them. Even our ceo's dad will visit office and help manage engineers. There are lots of smarts guys. Hope we can jump asap.

      Health benefits and nice people who work for this company.

      Cons

      Micromanaged, toxic work environment. CEO was asking internally to rate our app 5 stars- pathetic. No culture. Expected to work weekends. Upper management working around the clock (sending emails at 4 am daily)- if you work less they will never be happy with your work.

      Management sits 5-10 feet away from you in very small office.. Extreme micromanagement.
