A rather sad development

Pros

Quite a lot of responsibility and steep learning curve.

Cons

It‘s a toxic environment with a lot of pressure, gaslighting and egocentric people in power. Being good at something is not the key to success in this company but being friends with right ones.

IMO on the wrong path…

-Great people work /used to work here

Cons

- Unexperienced management that has no experience in leading people - A lot of bad pressure - Atmosphere is not empowering - Bad talking behind the back of people - Employee surveys that are not really anonym due to the small size of some teams

Pros

People in the company are very skilled. Good learning opportunity for entry-level engineers. Some team managers are great.

Cons

1. The product management of specific teams is absent. 2. The company prioritizes its preferred teams over others. And people in specific teams suffer from a lack of business commitment. 3. Engineering upper management doesn't tolerate being confronted about their beliefs. 4. They will expect you to perform functions outside your scope. 5. Engineering Management of some teams will publicly blame you for their faults, and claim your accomplishments as their own. 6. The People's team is inexistent with employers and serves only the company's purpose.
