They lay people off without notice in any situation

Pros

Hybrid work environment. Supportive coworkers. Good benefits overall (except for the health insurance, which is not great).

Cons

They lay people off very easily without notice, regardless of whether the company is doing well or struggling. After that, they also prevent you from applying to the company again for one year. The new CEO, and the leadership team lack empathy and do not seem to care about their employees.

1. Employee discounts on purchases are at 10-20% could be increased 2. Pay is only basic wage and could be increased as handling self-checkout counters as well
