Gigoptix is a terrible place to work. It's a culture of blame with the single goal of making money for Avi. They are overly careful about spending money and lack simple perks like coffee. They also are reluctant to purchase the neede test equipment. There is very little cooperation between employees and everyone tends to stick to themselves

Management style is very poor: a lot of overtime work for free including weekends, frequent giving promises and subsequent breaking them, saving money on necessary things like equipment and spending money on frequent "work-related" travels of upper management; not respectful attitude to employees, including threatening, yelling, rude words.
