      Pros

      Hard to get fired for anyone. You pretty much have to be grossly negligent.

      Cons

      Pays way below market even in a below market location of the market. In LA there is a lot of variation and this is one of the lowest of the low areas. People are not motivated as there is only disincentives to achieve, and very low incentives to do anything.

      Flexible time, you learn how to work with limited resources.

      Cons

      Personal time affected since need to work sometimes in TPE time. Not clear management, chinese is the main language which is bad for a company with overseas branches. Look for another company if looking for long term career.
