As a successful agency, Glo is growing every day, and can experience growing pains - but to me, that is normal for any successful agency. It can put some additional work on in-house employees, however, that is an industry norm and if you’re passionate about entertainment, creativity, and marketing - it’s not boring work. It’s going to be something dynamic, exciting, and outside-the-box - so I would say out of most challenges, that is a better one and the pro/con of that is up to the individual to decide. In my experience, it was actually a pro, and my leaving had nothing to do with the challenge itself, but rather outside personal circumstances.
