Pros

Work in downtown San Francisco office Hours are 6:30-3:30

Cons

No transparency between CEO and employees, everything is kept a "secret" CEO has Napoleon's complex Don't bother providing suggestions, they wont be heard My way or the highway approach NO base Salary, after your first sale it's only $750 per month Sales are nearly impossible to come by, because the prices are astronomical CEO is hypocritical and is constantly putting down employees, not inspiring them CEO brags about his business when they are signed up through his own referrals and past business CEO DOESN'T follow his own training method but expects you to be able to The sales structure/business model is decades old and doesn't lead to sales Account Execs are given ICE COLD LEADS No chance at attending any sporting event High turnover, only a couple employees CEO doesn't appreciate dedication, looks to cut pay of those employees that have committed years of their lives in service to his company Everyone in the company is underpaid, while the CEO makes well over $500k per year Pyramid Scheme CEO wants to take your clients....then turn and burn you (NOT PROMOTE YOU AS HE WILL LIE AND TELL YOU) Even if you're deaf, dumb and desperate, you shouldn't take this job!

Pros

You can make good money if you can sell. The Managing Partner is a very good mentor and a fantastic salesmen.

Cons

The C.E.O will completely lose control and yell at everyone, which is very disrupting. You only receive negative feedback even if you do make sales. The office is dirty and has piles of paper laying around everywhere. You do not receieve any help gathering leads or prospects.

Pros

nada, zip, zircon, zero, goose egg, zed, nil, none, zilch!

Cons

Everything is a hard sell. You're always under pressure to sell more than they need, and when the customer doesn't get what is promised you are forbidden to call them.
