Nice facilities Free snacks and coffee Lovely colleagues
Cons
Weak management, there's a top layer of newish management. No humility, no depth, no understanding, no history, no direction, the good soundbites soon wear off. It is an unhappy place for me. Poor HR

1. Good salary & bonuses 2. Good people to work with 3. Summar & Christmas parties
Cons
1. New CEO's questionable leadership. 2. Work culture gone from good to awful since Nano Di took over. 2. Doesn't care at all about your career goals/development i.e. 0% chance if you want to move to another team or learn something new. They will try their absolute best to make you stay where you are forever unless you quit.
