Pros
Good work environment, ambitious consultants, great salary, good comm scheme. The MD also has a knack for hiring passionate people. The Director for the Singapore branch is probably one of the best managers I've ever had the pleasure of working for
Cons
There isn't any real ownership required for this role and it makes it feel very mundane and soul-less. The working hours tend to be very stringent with very little lee-way.
