Can't say any good reason to work here. Very bad work environment.

Cons

Worst employee treatment. They treat employee as slaves. No work even then they ask you for results. HR team has main agenda to humiliate employees. They will monitor even a second of yours. They ask you to work on every Saturday, even though it's not mentioned on appointment letter.

Hr policies, flexible timings, good leave policies. Not too much work pressure

Cons

there is no lunch time in office you need to manage 9 hrs on your system full time clicking on mouse, its like evn if you want to go to washroom and if you spend 2 mins extra you need to work 2 mins extra for them. lot of micromanagement is there. they dont trust there employees. Quality of work is not there, everything is a number game. If you are looking for some learning, this is not the place.

The concept behind the policy is that all our employees are valued and are compensated for every extra minutes they spend to complete their work. Since office operates 24/7 people can manage their own timings as per their own flexibility. Being a large company we have different department to manage the various correlated work. The policy has been operational from 3 years and has provided excellent benefits to employees and have shared positive feedbacks.

Only the mail which mentions of the job opening is lucrative.

Cons

We ourself ask the candidate to share their CV, we prompt them to give acknowledgement and thereafter we never provide updated feedback. All these acts we do based on management's indication. Moreover, all the 5 star feedback are given by management itself.
