Pros

There aren't any - this company is a sinking ship and it's sinking fast.

Cons

The culture completely shifted after the CGO came aboard. A lot of good employees left because of it. This company has always been top heavy and never focused on truly appreciating the ones that held it all together. Instead, they laid them off or got asked to work harder. Not to mention when you've had a toxic boss for over a year, file several complaints to HR, leadership knows the issues but does absolutely NOTHING about it. That's not valuing your employees - that is the exact opposite.

Great people, but poor communication from leadership.

Pros

Fantastic people who don't stay long enough to get good at their job!

Cons

None of the C-suite people communicate. Not one know what the other is doing. The CEO is always in secret mode or defers questions and issues to CGO/COO who don't do anything. Continuous blame on other senior department heads in hopes to make things better.

Cons

There is an element where potential revenue generating projects, while unfunded, are expected to progress at rates that are unrealistic. There is a consistent shifting of priorities which make even well planned projects difficult to keep on track.
