- Great colleagues - Work life balance

- No company structure - Incorporation of the Japanese culture to the local office even the market approach differs - Company is moving backwards as management frequently reverses recently implemented policies, causing much confusion among employees - Incompetent management personnel who knows nuts and making use of company resources flying around; assigning tasks which is no-brainer and irrelevant to the executive level - Advantage given to the favorited breeds - Micromanage

Wrong management and strategy for APAC No knowledge about the market Management is not treasure the good staff Management is not using the right person to run the business, instead they use people who has "close" relationship with the key member of the board to manage the business. The person who managing it now does not have market, product and business knowledge to make the right decision.
