Pros

Getting a paycheck, Health Benefits. While the pay is fair, it is NOT worth it. You're expected to work 80+ hours to get paid the "generous" pay, so it's not really all that generous.

Cons

- Management (None of them are helpful but there's plenty of micromanaging). - Dishonesty (Self explanatory). - Work-Life Balance (Be prepared to work weekends, evenings, early mornings). - Policies (Never followed, but nonsense ones come out whenever they feel). - Lack of Communication (You're expected to know things without anyone explaining). - Values/"Corner Stones" (Why have these in place but never follow them?) - Toxic Environment (People invade your privacy more often than not). Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company. It will cause you so much troubles in the long run.

Pros

The product is amazing. The people you work with are brilliant, talented, and friendly. Pay is OK, and health insurance is great. Free lunch every day.

Cons

Top down micromanagement culture. Lack of transparency to real metrics across the company. Lack of clear objectives or growth opportunities for individual contributor.

Pros

•Good starting pay. • Generous benefits. *See “Cons” before you get excited.

Cons

•Absolutely NO RAISES! What you get on your offer letter is what you get. •Taking on extra responsibilities will get you nowhere. •Zero appreciation from management. •No work life balance. •No flexibility •High stress •”Taking care of each other” is what they tell you matters most. Yet when you need help, there will be no one there.
