Pros
Hardly that I experienced in my tenure, except that they are good at making retirement plans (No person concerned about their future/career would come here, except if you are one or two years away from retirement, in which case it is not so bad)
Cons
1. This company runs on the age old concept of "Age defines wisdom". The average of an employee is 45 years and I AM NOT KIDDING. 2. Politics runs in their blood. If you have good political contacts with the HR or the so called bosses, you have higher likelihood of getting that rare promotion than others. In the best case, the term would be 5 years before you are even considered for promotion. 3. It is a completely top-run organization. No opinion of others is heard. 4. They promote stagnation among their employees. Your career is at a big stake if you enter this firm. SO DECIDE ACCORDINGLY.
