      Pros

      Inspiring and strong leaders who continue to grow me professionally and personally. There's a lot of empowerment, flexibility, and trust for us to own our work, our strategies, and our results. Global team, global business opportunity. Everyone looks out for one another and help each other solve problems. Great office location in CBD (thought we're mostly WFH now). Unlimited leave. Decide how much rest and balance you need to be productive.

      Cons

      Everybody has a lot going on. There are many distractions disguised as opportunity. It takes a lot of intention and discipline to move quickly on the right things and say no to everything else.

      Pros

      Team is diverse and helpful! Really enjoyed the work for the team honestly… That was the only pro of this job. Development team held the boat! The team itself scores 5/5 stars.

      Cons

      Very bad management from the boss. Micromanaged and expected us to fulfil many roles at once (good for us to learn from but fine line), even those out of job scope. Gaslighted often too. Plans and instructions consistently changes.

      Pros

      The company has a great vision and amazing product. CEO is inspirational - one of a kind. Colleagues are a dream to work with. Everyone embodies the vision of company and are both competent and beautiful inside out. Learning culture is strong and team doesn’t shun away from crazy ideas

      Cons

      Team needs to be in hustle mode 24/7 which means employees need to learn how to manage self and manage upwards very well. If you’re inexperienced, be prepared to adopt a growth mindset and stretch!! Not really a con if you think about it ;)
