      Pathetic work culture

      Pros

      Except for the remote option, nothing else is there to tell.

      Cons

      Work culture is pathetic. They expect to work odd hours like late night shifts and early morning shifts, but there is a compulsory thing to log in and log out at 9:30 am and 6:30 pm, respectively. In the name of salary they give pocket money and that too gets deducted due to some company regulations.

      Amazing Work Environment that help to grow as a professional

      Pros

      I have working in this company for a really long time (by long time I mean 1 year 2 months). The work environment is amazing. Especially my colleagues are so very supportive and cooperative. Also, since this is my first job, I feel I'm learning a ton of things here that is obviously helping me to grow as a person and a professional. Coming to the workload part, every other company has work pressure. But I'm so glad that GoAskNow Technology Pvt Ltd. takes all the necessary steps so that the employees do not get burdened with work by incorporating casual virtual meet ups every now and then. Also, in this company the mental health(since this a work from home job, often mental health situation gets down ) is also taken care of with introduction of Yoga and meditation. I feel so lucky and blessed to work in a company like this.
