Too many to list here but i will give one example regarding pay! Customer gave us a $40 tip and the company deducted that amount from our pay claiming that we solicited services to haul off his old unit which he gave us for used parts. We did not ask him for the money or his old unit therefore it is not a solicitation for service! But because the customer's new unit had shipping cosmetic damage and he followed the proper procedures for damage resolution, the customer probably inadvertently disclosed the tip and removal of old unit to the company in which they decided to pervert the facts and use this as a reason to dock amounts that are not deductible by law! This is only one recent account of many jobs that the company willingly spends time to find any loop hole they can to not pay your pre-agreed upon amount! We spend more time sending proof documents and other info to the company just to counter there illegal deducting practices! This is counter conducive to growth for especially us and the company in the long term! Subcontractors and Service providers should not have to fight for there compensation!
