Pros
- Great benefits (Car, Pension, learning budget) - Big focus on knowledge sharing - Best place to grow your knowledge in Data/AI/Data Applications - Great approach to consulting - Still a pretty flat organization for the size
Cons
- Consulting can be intense (but GDD makes it better though) - So much knowledge sharing can be overwhelming

- Tons of freedom to work on open-source projects or learn new stuff. - All colleagues are incredibly smart and willing to help each other out. - Consultancy Projects are big and visible in the real world which makes me proud to be a part of this group.
Cons
- I have none to think of.
