GoDo is an incredible place to work. I can honestly say we are a team that simultaneously strives for excellence and maintains employee consideration. Every role/position is just as important as the next. Management is excellent. I cannot express how important good management is for a team. GoDo definitely has the best management I have experienced in a company. Each individual has the opportunity to grow. I have the opportunity to work with talented individuals on a daily basis. I get to witness career advancement not only for myself, but for my coworkers as well. GoDo is a place where everyone has the opportunity to shine.

I really enjoy being a part of the team at GoDo. The founder/CEO has a heart of gold and has an authenticity to his passion to help tour operators succeed at achieving their goals. It's infectious. Everyone works together to really thrill the clients and our clients' customers. (we are a b2b2c company). There's quite a diverse mix of talent in the group, including several people who used to work for Zerve (one of the early pioneers in booking platforms for tours and activities), the founder - who also owns/operates his own successful multi-city walking tour operation, to technologists who are current on the latest tech & practices in the industry. Yet everyone works toward that goal of helping the clients' achieve their definition of success.
