Pros

good infrastructure , medium salary and its good for fresher to join and get some experience there.

Cons

stressful work. No job security. you will get fired anytime. Their products are full of bugs and developers and management are not co-operating with testing team. even if you work hard, they dont appreciate a little bit and the office politics will give you bad name sooner. due to politics, somehow, top level supervisors convince ceo and , management will suddenly send an email to leave from you from job. thats full of surprise and management really work before you fire you. they will isolate from others staffs few months before. Everyone knows except you that you are getting fired. and they keep on allocating your tasks to otheres. and one fine day, you will get email and ask yo uto leave. that's horrible for the staff to come to know that suddenly. there is no notice period and no compensated salary. It was horrible experience for almost 10+ staffs fired in this way . and 30+ staffs fired in 2020. management said, its because of covid. NO it was not. They closed one office in vietnam and they are reduced their 75% staffs in india and malaysia as well. to save his embarassment, the management said, all vietnam team are resigned without notice. truth is company fired all of them because of no fund.

Hi I am sorry that you feel this way although I cannot agree with what you have said. The impact of COVID is real, and like many other companies in the travel industry, the losses are substantial. Pros

If you love travel technology, this is one of the best companies to work and learn. There are many opportunities to really explore different technologies and roles.

Cons

There aren't enough people to support the number of projects going in. Especially if you're on the delivery team, you're guaranteed to work late hours to deliver to clients

Pros

Cordinating team to work except manager Very good startup to learn and grow Fixed weekoffs

Cons

Manager not properly responding to the employees. All the employees are in extreme end point of stress only because of manager. We can not expect him in office even once/twice in a month or at a time of any critical issue. Although he have enough time to react any management process/client tasks/responding back to employees, but he is reacting only at the neck of the moment and putting his whole pressure to the employees, and Work/Life balance of employees are totally collapsed because of this. Also, I can see many of senior employees who are working more than 6 years also suffering same issues because of this manager behaviour.
