      Declining quality year by year

      Pros

      - work from anywhere - choose your students - own timemanagement - selfmanagement for work

      Cons

      - pay decreasing yearly (was 13€ in 2023 and 12€ base in 2025) - meanwhile customers pay up to 35€ per lesson and tutors don't even get 50%. - platform is riddled with bugs and key features are missing even after years - company cuts costs on the wrong ends in their core workforce even going as far as DECREASING an already abysmally low pay. - decisions for tutors are made completly obscure and with no information regarding them. - laws are beeing straight up broken and ignored. Example: no consens on the lessons beeing voice recorded for their AI training purposes.

      Very well paid compared to other companies in Austria, possibility to work fully remote and very flexible working hours. People are very nice, international and welcoming environment

      Cons

      The leadership gets lost in planning and priorities are shifting all the time; everything ir urgent!
