      Pros

      Godlan is a God centered company that offers both in office and remote positions. They are God honoring in all that they do. They support their employees.

      Cons

      There are really no cons. Its a fast paced job, but a wonderful company to work for.

      Pros

      A great place to work with a permanent structure of resources that are able to deliver results to their clients. Senior management provides the direction and directors keep the resources "in their lane" to enable the organization to succeed.

      Cons

      Amazing growth in the business working with INFOR and its own products and services. Always in need of resources to continue the growth.

      Pros

      Godlan is an amazing place to work and goes Beyond the Norm in everything. Godlan offers comprehensive benefits package and very competitive salaries, but it is the REST that really makes Godlan special. Work-life balance is at the forefront of everyones' mind, and Godlan is the gold standard. People are important at Godlan. From customers, to employees and their families, to the wide world beyond, Godlan cares about people.

      Cons

      The only con is that I didn't know about the opportunities at Godlan sooner. This will be the last place I work, I wish it had of been my first.
