Pros

Sharp team who takes pride in recruiting top talent. They think outside the box and work together to serve clients and candidates. Management is a strong proponent of the team and works hard to create a family environment. Have worked here for more than 10 years.

Cons

It is fast paced and client/candidate reactive, so you have to be up to hitting the ground running!

I am a seasoned recruiter at Godshall and I can't think of a nicer family to work for. They genuinely care about their employees and keep integrity at the forefront of all of their business decisions. They often "survey" their internal employees to gauge their opinion on practices in the office and take vested interest in the lives of their employees outside of the office. Compensation is based on team efforts which allows for a collaborative group.

Cons

It is an extremely fast-paced environment, which is not meant for everyone.

Really, it is the people from the top down that make this company special!
