Pros

The entire salary package is worth around 38k per month. This is better than many employers in South Africa. You get to network internationally and sometimes get the opportunity to go abroad. Honestly, I would recommend Goethe to anyone starting out or looking to be involved in Culture.

Cons

Office politics and unfair salaries compared to those in Germany. Lopsided hierarchy.
