Pros

Being able to attend concerts, free lunch. Some co workers are great to work with others not so much. Attend Coachella and stagecoach

Cons

Long hours, no OT, everyone is overwhelmed with work. Clicky groups, no proper tools for success, feels like everyone is working in a bubble. Communication amongst departments is horrible
