      Once mission-oriented with a family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Layoffs because of federal grant cuts, yet somehow they found the money to create multiple new 6-figure positions and bring on employees from the new CEO's former organization.

      More benefits being provided to staff for PTO

      Cons

      New CEO fired everyone. hiring only project hope people . People being brought in from project hope only getting fair pay. Board does not respect how old good360 helped to build the brand by allowing this.
