New developer space, interesting product, attempting agile

Cons

Poor project management; older employees given extreme deference; hard push for deadlines, even when it's unrealistic or the parameters have changed; tech decisions made by people that don't understand tech; management is highly toxic and aggressive about getting exactly what they want and how they want it; agile space, but ruined by older/senior devs requiring silence. Very little appreciation for good work, a lot of negativity around missing deadlines or delays in timelines.
