      Family Oriented Very Fun break room that anyone can enjoy. Communication from department to department was great. Leadership was fantastic. Ample Vacation time.

      Cons

      Starting pay is lower than some other places.

      Pros

      Relaxed and laid back work environment. They do a great job creating a fun atmosphere with food days and different events throughout the year. A ton of paid time off and very flexible to use. You control your own success here.

      Cons

      There could be better benefits.

      Pros

      - Flexibility in your schedule (4+ weeks personal time) - Owners pour money back into the company allowing us to be ultra-competitive in our offerings to financial advisors - Progressive thinking from leadership

      Cons

      - Over the 7 years I've worked here Gradient has gone from a smaller family-owned company and transitioned to a large company (still family-owned). There have been growing pains along the way but the communication and transparency has been greatly appreciated!
