Dear Current Employee, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about Gradient and for the loyal years of service. Gradient continues to grow and be a leader in the financial service industry because of great people like you.
We are continually working to make improvements to the benefits package we offer and we appreciate you acknowledging the efforts we have made to improve the overall benefit package. We are excited that we were able to offer employees two consecutive years of lower health care costs! That said, we will continue to make every effort to reduce costs and improve benefits in the future.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
- Flexibility in your schedule (4+ weeks personal time)
- Owners pour money back into the company allowing us to be ultra-competitive in our offerings to financial advisors
- Progressive thinking from leadership
Cons
- Over the 7 years I've worked here Gradient has gone from a smaller family-owned company and transitioned to a large company (still family-owned). There have been growing pains along the way but the communication and transparency has been greatly appreciated!
