Dishonest management. Nothing in writing (after a year of employment, I was denied any shares because management never set up accounts for the options offered although I asked several times during my employment for some indication the shares were managed). After working a year, I was told that I didn't qualify for the shares because I took PTO and they considered that not working. Because of the lack of an account or any other documentation about the options, my lawyer said that it would become a big court battle and recommended I walk away. After a year of service, I would expect honesty and an offer of shares. This is the way I'd been treated by other companies, but Gradient management is less than enlightened.

Company is very poorly run; payroll system was non-existent for months; paid by wire transfers with no pay stubs; management did not take employee concerns seriously; product lacks cohesive direction; engineering process is very chaotic; financial future very uncertain; only one health plan option
