      -got experience in cold calling

      Cons

      -no training, the service they “provide” is a rip off -In interview was told I would be able to make 1400 a month, most months went without pay because no one wants their services -management does not help you -had to ask for my compensation repeatedly -did work and cold calling for no pay -don’t seem to care about clients -worst management experience I’ve ever had -got an invitation to apply to the company by the man who hired me on handshake AFTER I had been working there for months

      Pros

      I am really enjoying the position and learning alot about the Advertising World. Every day I get to speak with clients ranging from major companies to smaller businesses. The structure is great and works around my schedule as a part time student. The training is great and my manager is always there for me...very reachable at any hours. We work one on one and he's very patient with me. I highly recommend the job to Advertising or business majors. Great compensation too.

      Cons

      Time management. I am working on my system to see the maximum number of clients per day around my class schedule. When summer arrives I will be full time!

      Pros

      -Great direction from managers. -Wonderful experience in the field of marketing. -The chance to travel and work in other cities, gaining travel/life experience. -I found that the work was challenging, pushing my abilities, allowing me to grow as an individual. -Excellent pay.

      Cons

      -No direct cons with the organization. They were great. Although, some people may not be prepared for how much effort the job can require. Clients can be hard to reach and sometimes hard to work with. But if you are up for the challenge, than this is a rewarding position.
