      A prime example of how not to manage a scale up.

      Pros

      Below the C-level management, there are some incredibly talented, motivated and fun people working here. Beyond that, the product has great potential and the office is in a nice area in Islands Brygge.

      Cons

      The below industry average wages and benefits (like a 2% pension add-on by the company), providing their employees with ridiculous (and borderline illegal) contract treatment (make sure you bring an expert to your meetings), falsely promising and outright lying to future and current employees (e.g. the scope of their job, so get the specifics of your job in writing), lack of vision and future goals (even dialing down on the international expansion) and the lack of internal communication and involvement.
